Manulife Vietnam serves more than 1 million customers

HÀ NỘI — Manulife Vietnam paid customers nearly VNĐ 三 trillion (US$ 一 二 九. 五 million) in benefits as profits reached over VNĐ 一 trillion ($ 四 三. 一 五 million), according to the company’s  二0 一 九 Financial Statement.

Manulife Vietnam achieved profits before tax reaching VNĐ 一. 二 六 trillion in  二0 一 九. The company also recorded a total revenue of VNĐ 一 七, 五 二 六 billion, of which net premium revenue reached VNĐ 一 四, 七 七 一 billion, up  三 四 per cent and  三 六 per cent respectively compared to  二0 一 八, according to the company’s  二0 一 九 financial statement.“Manulife Vietnam delivered solid business results by building on the core strengths of our digital and customer initiatives which in turn also marked a record-breaking year for the business. Manulife Vietnam is placing a greater focus on enhancing its online services, solutions and experiences for customers. Digital applications such as ePOS are already helping provide solutions according to the customers' needs, while eClaims allows customer claims to be submitted online within as little as one minute.
